To complete the registration process, the below agreement must be accepted and signed, and the Application Fee must be paid (non-refundable). Payment can be done online or through the Finance Department. Please note that if the registration process is not complete, the application will not be considered. Please send the Application Form attached in the email you will receive shortly to the Admissions Office's email on [email protected].bh along with a copy the other requested documents which include: child's immunization records, copy of the previous school reports/transcript, and copies of parents' CVs (with photos).

Registration Fees and Agreement
Fees are payable as follows:

* The annual Tuition Fees Schedule will be published by the month of March, and will be available on the School’s website. Up to BD 600 only is transferable to siblings if withdrawal is officially requested in writing before School starts. Upon submission of the Application Form, the parent(s) of the Applicant agree on the below:
- Provide accurate academic reports and health data of the candidate and allow the School to verify the data submitted.
- Acknowledge and agree that the current enrollment of any sibling(s) in Bahrain Bayan School does not entitle the Applicant a priority in acceptance. The acceptance criteria is based on the availability of seats and assessment results.
- Accept all decisions made by the Academic and Registration Committees.
- If the applicant receives the acceptance offer conditional to his/her enrollment into the Additional Educational Assistance (AEA) Program, the AEA fees must be paid in advance for the entire semester, along with the enrollment fees. If it is later determined that AEA enrollment is not required, the amount paid will be retained in the student's account.
- Pay Tuition Fees and other related fees as determined by the School’s Administration and the Ministry of Education.
- The parent must abide by the Policy and Procedures for the Late Payment of Tuition Fees, as published on the School’s website; thus, in case of non-payment of the Tuition Fees, the School reserves the right to stop the student from attending classes (both on campus & virtually), disable the student’s access to digital resources such as email, PowerSchool, etc. The school also has the right to not register the student in the following academic year and to hold the student’s transcripts until payments have been settled.
- In case of the decision to withdraw the child(ren) from the School, the parent/legal guardian must inform the Admissions Office in writing. The fees refund eligibility will be based on the date of the official withdrawal letter, following the School Fees Refund Policies & Procedures as published on the School website.
- Accept the management decisions in response to disorderly conduct or repeated poor performance of the student.
- Accept the principle of expelling the student from the School in the event of wrongdoing associated with, but not limited to security, safety, disciplinary and ethical matters, acts of riot or vandalism, or any other act that may impede the process of learning to themselves or others.
- Faculty and staff members are not to be contacted outside official working hours. Such communication is to be limited to the scope of works and responsibilities of each faculty member and should be made through the appropriate channels.
- Gifts of any kind are strictly prohibited to any of the faculty, staff, and other School members.
- Commit to take part in School activities and events and engage positively in School meetings.
- No harm to the School and its image both at home and abroad, orally or in writing, in private or in public.
